The acrylic peeled off in four days. Nice people but there is something wrong when it peeled within 4 days. Not not recommend.

I would definitely give this place a no star. I live in Homestead and my son has therapy for 2 hours in Kendall. I was trying to kill time and go do my nails while I wait for my son. I’ve been to several places before where walk ins are welcome, never have experienced that. The lady was very rude when telling me that they are appointment only. They should not have a sign outside welcoming walk ins if they don’t accept that. The place wasn’t all that clean either, but that just horrible customer service at least speak to the customer with some type of niceness/respect.

If I could put “no star” on this place I would. I had the worst experience, I called Friday to make my appointment for Saturday at 1:00 pm. I arrive at this place before my appt time and the lady tells me that my appt is not at 1 pm , but at 1:30 pm. I decided to wait outside until 1:30 pm . When I get back in to do my nails the lady has the audacity to tell me that the guy that was going to do my nails left for the day and rudely stated that I should find another nail place to do my nails. Honestly don’t waste your time in this place! That is no way to treat a customer , especially when the first time it is suppose to be a good impression.

Today I went to LT Nails. I was tempted to walk out cause the place is unkept, run down and dirty. This was the first red flag. I stayed cause my nails were in dire need. I had a nail dip manicure. It’s the first place that does this type of manicure that does not cut cuticles. This was the 2nd red flag. Less than an hour after I got home, I noticed several chips on my nails. I contacted LT Nails and they said that it’s my fault and they would not repair the 4 nails. All I can add is that you should not go to this place to do your nails. They will not guarantee their work. I consider this highly dishonorable and a very poor work ethic.
