The program for young adults and seniors is great. The facility is huge, and they have many smaller session rooms. Both my 97-year-old father and my 23-year-old autistic daughter attends the facility. They keep them engaged, take them outside, do exercises, and the resource and help they provide both my dad, and my daughter is amazing. First place I been to where they have good constant activities that help them learn and become independent. This is a good program. They are a big help to me and my family we need more places like this.

I love this adult day care center. They take good care of my mom who have dementia and provide great caregiver support which is hard to find. Anytime I need them they are always there, they never turn us away. The staff is very patient, shows compassion and is just amazing. The center is clean and spacious with multiple small group activities. When the insurance denied the service I cried to the owner who cares and listened to me and provided me free services and a discounted rate. I am so grateful. World Wide Health Services is a life saver. Thank you for everything.

This place is a hidden gem. I would have never heard about this Adult Day Care Center if my doctor from CT didn’t inform me. My father died last year and my mother became very depressed, we are new here from Connecticut. I’ve reached out to many Adult Day Care in the area and visited a few but the patients there had much more problems then my mom had. They also didn’t have mask at another facility. When I arrived at World Wide Health Services, the energy was amazing, all my paperwork was filled online, we didn’t have a FL doctor and they provided us a form to see there contracted provider near by for a physical. When we arrived to the worldwide health services adult day care, we were screened for Covid-19, temperature check and was provided onsite a free Covid-19 rapid test that showed negative results in 5 minutes. The center is clean, all the tables are spaced out and they do fun activities that encourage mask wearing, washing hands and taking extreme precautions. I have never seen anything like this before. Food was served in nice sealed containers, they have mask onsite for members and the activities are so much fun. My mother enjoyed everything about this center, this is the type of therapy she needs. These lady’s have done an extraordinary job and are so caring. Right now me and my mom are patiently waiting for the prior authorization to start.

Member/participants' attendance varies from day to day as we do not hold contracts where a member’s participation is obligated. Services are provided based on a member’s set need and on a first come first serve scheduled basis based on the number of seats scheduled and or available for that day.
Your Aide takes up one seat of a member. Your Aide is not a direct employee or a volunteer of World Wide Health Services which they do not fall under the protection under World Wide Health Services. This concludes that your Aide is a participant and a fee at half the rate of the member will be assessed. This may change at the request or decision of the facility director and its owners with or without further notice.

Your aide will have to fill out the same to similar paperwork as the member, be required to provide all health records requested to ensure safety, and be charged half the rate of the member. No. World Wide Health Services does not hold any long-term contract with any of its clients as services are based on the need on a first come first serve basis. However, if your outline of services indicates specific days and hours of the week, then those schedules will be pre-scheduled and a 24-hour notice of either switching the dates and or times is required to prevent a no-show charge. This does not include emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. Members are only charged based on active attendance and for unexcused no-show scheduled dates. World Wide Health Services makes it convenient for members, caregivers, and providers to schedule and change scheduled Adult Day Care services 24 hours per day through the member access portal.
WorldWide Health Services' decisions are firm so we attempt to give the prospective client available resources that we feel are best for them moving forward if we determined we are not a great fit for that individual or if that individual is not a good fit for the program. This allows the caregiver and the prospective member time in advance to make the best decision regarding the care needed. If a prospective member and or his or her caregiver does not agree with the determination made, they are always free to voice all concerns to our grievance line for further review.

World Wide Health Services will not honor the rate of another center as World Wide Health Services rate is based on the care category that the prospective member falls into and is a completely different entity and program from the other center.
WorldWide Health Services is not like other centers. Our members are charged basedon the care that they require. We do not have a set standard charge foreveryone as everybody’s needs are different and it would not be fair to theindividual nor to the caregiver and family to be overcharged for services thatare not needed nor would it be fair for World Wide Health Services to becompensated a rate lower than its costs. In addition, World Wide HealthServices provides up to 7 days of free services to new members during the assessmentperiod to determine if the prospective member is a good fit for us and if weare a good fit for that member. This allows us not to make a commitment of servicesto prospective members that require care past our ability.
World Wide Health Services rates are based on which care category plan the member falls under as will be determined after the assessment period.
Attendance at World Wide Health Services Adult Day Center is at will and no long-term contracts and commitments are required. Participants and members are aware that program is based on a first come first serve basis and is only charged for dates attended or dates that are considered out of the refund policy.
