I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is necessary. My experience on 3-16-22 was top notch. The staff was incredibly friendly. Upon boarding the plane, there was an issue with an engine. After running some diagnostic tests, the pilot walked to the cabin to explain what the issue was and the fact he was not going to put us in danger by flying a plane he felt was unsafe. We were taken off the plane and sat in the terminal. We were constantly provided clear updates on the progress and what their plan was. They ended up flying another plane in to take us to MSP (about a 3.5 hour delay). The crew worked with every passenger individually to help coordinate connecting flights. The workers also bought every passenger a breakfast sandwich to eat during the delay. Although our trip was delayed, there is nothing more the staff could have possibly done to accommodate everyone on the flight. They made what could have been a disaster into a very positive experience!

The TSA staff at this facility are bored and lack empathy. My 10 year old was going through TSA for the first time (which was said from the moment we entered) on our way to Florida for spring break, totally excited and ready for his first airport experience. The staff chose to traumatize him instead by choosing to scan our phones for explosives, go through my wallet and dump my change out without any kindness or explaination. My son was confused, scared and didn’t want to get on the flight after. I explained to him before we entered that airport security is simple, you follow directions and are kind, it goes smoothly and usually efficiently. What a shame he didn’t get to experience anything close to that and it’s the last time I’ll fly out of here.

Quiet little airport. TSA agents are pleasant but very thorough. So be ready for a pat down.

Good small airport, had an issue yesterday on some overbooked delta flight back to MSP. Airport staff could communicate a bit more as they lock up 90 people in a small pace while we wait for good or bad news. …

Positively sure the airport is open 24 hours, however flights may not be flying out every hour on the hour. I hope this information helps
