Today I had a very disappointing experience Went to pick up tile that was ordered and paid few days ago, and had to wait more than TWO HOURS to get the great news that they don't have my order. A total waist of time . No respect for the coustemer, I ask many times what's is going on and nobody take care of me. The lady who was in the warehouse told me "if you don't like you can leave" That is not a proper way to answer. The warehouse is a mess nobody is there no one takes care of coustemers, This is not acceptable. Those people should not work there. I was very lucky that Mr O'Neal manager of the store came by, and less than 10 minutes que fixed everything 👏👏👏💯. I really appreciate how he managed the situation 5 starts for him Once again in warehouse very, very lazy people.

Poor service, staff is young kids killing time and are very untrained. Every thing is slooowwww, and takes for ever to get any attention or to pay and leave the place......... not visiting again, sorry
