As one individual who receives services with Hoh would consistently tell me “all hands, zero heart”. Power hungry virtue signalers who care only about the money and how they are perceived. Ruined several careers yet have a pattern of keeping abuse and neglect quiet to again save their image. Countless forgeries of isp documentation that is supported all the way to the top, forcing direct line staff in questionable situations. Hoh is a toxic environment for employees and the wonderful individuals under their unsupervised care. When called out on their unprofessional practices they use their arbitrary rules to silence and intimidate good people.

Great place to work.

The staff there are not very professional. Very short staffed. A lot of language/cussing is used in the Art Studio and around clients. Staff don't really seem to care what is going on. Security cameras also need to be installed in each room for safety purposes in my opinion.
