Best meat department in town. They have kept the old style of shopping. The staff are amazing and helpful. The store clean and organized. The store is pricey on items besides meat but usually have good sales or mark downs if you walk around a look.

Great place to buy butcher cut meat .I bought fillet that was awesome ...cast iron pan.....pan sear on all sides .....then onto the oven at 400 degrees. ..2 minutes = medium rare ..I like it at 3 minutes then pull the pan out and turn for …
