Decaying Lullaby

Bought 3 items and was charged twice the amount. Keep your freaking receipts. 123 dollar bill turned into 246 and even though I called THE SAME DAY I NOTICED THE DOUBLE CHARGE the customer service rep took no information down from me, and told me the pending charge would come back into my bank account. Here it is on a Thursday 4 days later and the charge never dropped off it actually went through. So i just called back to find out what the hell is going on and now their telling me i was supposed to have a claim filed so their representative didn't do his job at the cost of my money. They're asking that I wait another 2 days to dispute the charge with my bank. That dispute will be filed the minute I'm off work.

Lots of selection. I love going over there especially when getting shoes for the kids. I have tried the one on the west side, but east side seems to have a better selection.
