Booked charter at 645 for next morning. Trip cancelled 19 minutes later. Took almost a month to get a refund. Everytime I called it was a different answer.

I had a trip booked with them in November 2021. I drove down south two hours to reach the location because I live in the St Lucie county area. This trip was a birthday gift to me and was looking forward to the trip. I show up and there is no one there. The phone numbers ring and ring with no one answering and one has an auto message saying to text them. I have texted them many times and no one answers my voicemails, emails, or texts. I was told via email by Nikki that someone was supposed to call and let me know that the trip was cancelled finally. That I can rebook whenever I want and they would honor it. Now that I'm trying to reach them to rebook no one answers any form of communication. Money lost on the booking of the trip and the gas going up and down Florida. Terrible experience, horrible communication, and I warn everyone to stay away. I attached uploaded pictures of the empty dock that I got to wait at for over an hour hoping someone would show up.

Do not book with this company, it is a scam! We booked a tour for this past week and paid in full. The day of, they did not show up and when we tried calling multiple times it went to voicemail. No one has contacted us back and we have not gotten our money back.
