I currently have water service only (I’m unincorporated Volusia) but started full service for another property today. I called beforehand to make sure what I needed and the agent on the phone was nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately you are unable to start service online or over the phone. I got through the line fairly quickly and I provided the paperwork I needed. Again the agent was friendly but then she told me to have a seat as it would take 25 minutes to process (it did take the full time). I cannot understand what kind of antiquated system they are using in this day and age. This low rating is NOT for the employees as they were friendly. This is a call for help to the city of Edgewater to update their systems and be able to provide online services.

Can't do appointments, schedules, estimates, or calls to communicate in any way with the field. You must be there all day long and pray they show up. INSANE

Shuts your water off then has no way to turn it back on when you need it unless it fits whatever schedule they want. Even having a medical emergency zero care or zero effort shown or given out of anyone I spoke to. Very disappointing.

Review tell ALL...Horrible customer service, prices WAY OUT OF CONTROL, EXTREMELY rude ppl when you call and website issues all the time....The police dept was found corrupt before and the utilites need a close looking at with these prices....Unfortunately I live in Edgewater...If It was an option to sell and move, I WOULD DO SO...Lot of ppl in for a big surprise with all these subdivisions popping up....regards Steve
