DO NOT ORDER ! - My mother had order their Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad. After purchasing the food, My mother ate her first bite until she noticed the lettuce was nasty. She checked the lettuce to find out the lettuce was OLD. it was slimy and rotten. My mother immediately stopped eating the cesar salad, and after a few hours later of mother eating the cesar salad and only drinking water, my mother started to say she was getting dizzy. she was so dizzy to the point where she collapsed on the floor. after bringing her to the emergency room, the doctors had told us she had received food poisoning. This unacceptable and should be taken serious. Serving expired food is dangerous and puts a bad view on the restaurant. I’m very upset, and will be taking this situation into my own hands.

Giving them a 5 star ONLY on food. My coworkers and I order from here at least once a week for years, food is always great! The delivery drivers are 9xs out of 10 great! BUT the customer service is atrocious!! I mean every time we call someone has an attitude! This isn’t a new complaint, I’ve complained about the service for years!

Ordered a Cheese Burger Special & a Cheese Burger, both well done with Lettuce, Tomatoe & Mayo. The Special comes with Fries, Coleslaw an a pickle. I walked in and ordered it took 15 minutes. Food was good, the hamburgers had a nice char taste which I really love, the Fries were hot and nice crispy! Cost for total under $20.00. Thanks Cross Roads! 😊 Happy Customers!

This place is so unprofessional time and time again this horrible time i called 7 times and each time they picked up and hung up then i get there my order is wrong... With there inconvenience now im being told that i have to wait another 20 25 minutes..i been here an hour already
