If you are considering shopping or selling clothes here, don’t. All the negative reviews here are absolutely accurate. The customer service is a joke. They will give you pennies for clothes, and their prices for used clothes are hardly less than brand new ones at Target. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

I recently brought some items in to sell. I received a great offer and friendly customer service. I was hesitant to bring my things in, only because of reading the immature and unrealistic reviews people have left for this store. I would like to applaud this small business for taking the high/professional road when it comes to reviews, such as the ones that have been unfortunately left. I will return very soon with more items to sell, and add some shopping into the mix. I would like to add that i was greeted with a friendly "HELLO" seconds after walking in, the girl checking in my items was very knowledgeable and helpful. I found the assortment of clothes in both boys and girls were evenly dispersed. I love the Husker section, and not to mention the HUGE selection of maternity. We can't wait to return!!!

When I was bringing in stuff to sell I felt very judged by the women working behind the counter. They were sending me back with stuff they didn't want right when I brought it in 'to save space'. Watching them go through the stuff and decide what they didn't want was rude if you ask me. I also called twice the other day to ask about bringing in stuff to sell and they didn't mention that they only accept laundry baskets or hard sided totes. They won't take small items that aren't in one. (I had a bunch of clothes in a box. They told me no) that they only accept 4 things from one person(4 totes or 4 large toys that can't fit in totes). I asked if they accepted baby toys and supplies(like a bottle warmer) and she said yes they accepted baby accessories. She didn't tell me they dont accept blankets, sheets, diaper genie s, stuffed animals or baby bathtubs which if you ask me is all baby accessories. Overall very stressful and upsetting

Extremely rude staff a bunch of young ladies with a bad attitude and the prices are not even that great, stick with Carter's!
