We went to check in, got to the room there are roaches in the rooms, doors aren't working with keys, and bathroom sink is leaking everywhere and has a huge crack in it. Absolutely Terrible upkeep and really bad customer service.

Positive: The bed was comfortable except we had ants crawling on us at night. Negative: This hotel is awful. The entire hotel smells of live-in families¿ cooking. We received no housekeeping on day two, which meant a huge accumulation of ants. Phone in the room did not work. Cleanliness of the hotel was substandard.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The whole experience was off from going to work coming back to to a Bed full of ants or did I say the say the room for the ants I made a video of it so if you want to see that you can get the email me for that. They wouldn't compensate me on the situation

This hotel was disgusting. We cancelled as soon as we walked in because it was so dirty. The breakfast area was dirty, floors, tables. Dead bugs were in the floor. We didn’t even look at our room. We had booked with Hotel.com so they had to facilitate a refund. However, the manager (Harry I believe) refused to issue a waiver for a refund. Myself and my children were out of $190 and were treated very poorly by the staff. Highly reconsider using this place. And I urge companies like hotels.com to stop having a liaison with them.
