We are renters and enjoy this community. Yes, the rules are many and some of them may be seen as excessive, however they make this place very comfortable. When the RE Agent showed us the unit we were informed of the rules and actually rec'd an advance copy of the rules. We did not agree 100% with the rules. Some we did not like, but there is certainly more pros than cons in our decision to live here. So we will obey all rules. BTW, some rules can be relaxed temporarily if you take the time to go the the manager, Curt. He is reasonable and will listen.
