A walk-in clinic that does not take walk-ins. Walked into a vacant clinic. Staff was extremely friendly in asking if I had an appointment or called ahead. When I answered no, they told me they couldn't see me today. They did mention not being able to have adequate staffing to handle walk-ins. They seem nice but that doesn't help with the medical needs.

This is an incredibly thorough and caring practice and from my experience is insurmountably better than the location in rockledge. I was seen by both and after a very confusing first couple of visits at their sister location, I was fed up and decided to give the merrit island one a try for round 3. Steven was the one to take care of me and not only was he extremely detailed in his explanation of the things that were NOT wrong with me, he was able to help me understand the concerns he had about my blood work and quickly put together an action plan on how we would get to the bottom of it. Once he took the wheel, the solutions seemed closer and after a week of digging we have finally diagnosed the problem and I’m going to be just fine thanks to his diligence and expertise. Also want to note that Myra in the front office is very polite and courteous and Jaqueline made the appointment feel like a day at the beach, she clearly takes the care she is providing very seriously and it shows. Very impressed with the level of comfort and care I feel from this team. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a practice they can count on.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. Management has no idea what they are doing. Doctor just wants to up-sale you on procedures you really don’t need done. Unethical billing practices. This place is a department of labor board accident waiting to happen. Dr. Kobobel’s wife is going to run the place into the ground. He needs to replace her with someone more qualified or he will regret it.
