Brandon was funny, professional and kept our group of 23 mixed experience kayakers together and entertained. The night was perfect for bioluminescence and Troy, who brought up the rear, was a wealth of information. Really grateful to have an opportunity to kayak with people who obviously love their jobs! 11/10.

I would definitely try another company. Bioluminescent kayaking is definitely an experience to have. it is beyond cool. However this company was very disappointing from the start. I got a call 2 hours before we left that the location was going to be changed which inconvenienced me and my girlfriend as we had set up our hotel based on the launch area. We got there on time and after an hour of extremely confusing and disorganized chaos we finally were able to get in the water. when we got in our instructor (Chaz) rushed us mentioning to us that we did not have time to go to the cove or the island that was promised as a part of the tour. He seemed completely out of it and kept telling us he had to hurry up for the next tour. they didn't offer anything including a simple apology for the inconveniences. I've never written a bad review before but there were other companies with trailers there and they looked far more organized, I highly suggest using one of the other companies.

Best experience ever. Dolphins, manatees, bioluminescence, and an unexpected rocket launch. Best kayak trip ever. The guides were well prepared for all of our questions and the office staff was extremely courteous when I had to cancel a second attendee. The refund processed before we ended our call.
