I've came here a few times before with no issues. This time I came and loaded up about 5 machines. One of them being a $7.50 machine. When I put the card on it was timing down to start and I picked the card up too soon I thought, so I put it back on the machine. It ended up charging me again but still didn't start. The machine said 'waiting to start' then said place card on machine. So I put the card back on the machine again. Ended up being charged 3x and the the machine never did start so I ended up having to switch machines and pay AGAIN. $30 LATER I finally got the one load going. Someone owes me a refund, but since I went after 8pm, I assume there was no staff present to tell. I ended up making an out of order sign from receipt paper and taping it to the machine myself to hopefully prevent the next persin from being robbed.

The Wash House is light and bright. Restrooms were clean. The staff was pleasant. The machines were working, clean and the card pay system was easy to manage.

The Wash House is a very clean laundromat with many washers and dryers for public. I give it 4 stars due to the ease of use and availability of machines. If you ever have need to visit a laundromat I highly recommend The Wash Joyse

The place is usually pretty clean..machines dont take change you have to buy a card. And load it. Reasonable washers. But not enough huge washers..dryers are a lil bit pricey and only have a few big boy dryers. Wished they had more of the big boys washers and dryers..but the have alot of the average washers and dryers..the place has air conditioning. And tv for u to watch
