Would rate them negative if possible. I have rented twice in the last 5 months. Each time, my car is not ready. Ironically, there were 7 people in the office the first time. This meant they had more people working than products to provide. Honestly, I vowed to never use them again after that incident. However, my son was rear-ended. Insurance company said to pick up at 10. Confirmed with Enterprise the day before. No Car. Emailed Enterprise below. No response.

I rented a full size car and when I get there they gave me a compact car. When I asked if the said car was in the class I reserved the guy lied to me and said it was. I guess he thought I was dumb and blind. So I called the 800 number and confirmed that the car was in the compact class so he was suppose to start a case on it and someone was suppose to call me the following Monday. Here it is Wednesday and I’ve heard nothing from them. And last time I rented a car from here I was charged an extra day and was never given a refund. This company is a straight joke.

RENTER BEWARE!!! There needs to a negative star option. My family members rented a van through Enterprise in Cape Girardeau, MO and they were presented with this filthy vehicle that shouldn't have been a drivable option on the lot. When they attempted to exchange the van for a clean one they were told that there were none available in the city or in any city along the way to their destination. Enterprise did not reimburse my family members until AFTER a big deal was made about it. It took them a week to return the money that they paid for this filthy van. I'm shocked that they had a van like this on the lot.

We made our reservation weeks in advance to get there and get a car that hS obviously been wrecked and reeks of cigarettes, the dash says maintenance required, they have at least 8 other cars on the lot but say this is the only one available, we are headed to Michigan in a car that requires maintenance and our formal clothing we just picked up from the dry cleaners is going to straight up stink like cigarettes. Disgusting for 700 for 5 days . I actually give it 0 stars. With a big dent and scratches in rear bumper this car shouldn't be rented out period. They said oil was changed and car wasn't reset, yet sticker in window says oil change due 7-14-2020. So that's a straight up lie. Oil hasn't been changed in 2 years. No wonder it needs maintenance. I am so upset and disgusted they obviously do not care about their cars or their customers

The Cape Girardeau location was wonderful but in the Branson MO location I made a reservation & went by to check that everything was still good but they couldn't get me in a car till 5pm & they requested my bank statement an 2 more forms of proof of address & was very rude demanding I better have it with me when I got there..At 5 pm I show with eveything i needed but they claimed my bank statement and other forms of proof would not work & turned me away after wasting my whole day. I Spoke to a manager & even though I had just returned a car in the Cape location without incident 2 weeks prior the manager claimed they r a different branch & have different policies & refused me a car after I already paid 77$ for the insurance through trip advisor when I booked the car earlier that day.. Needless to say I would rather cut my finger off than go back to the Branson MO location where they were rude, lazy, & unwilling to even try getting me in any car much less the one I reserved.

Depends on what class of vehicle. I've never had a miles limitation with them. Just have to return at the original fuel level from when you picked it up.
I don't know. I only use my own vehicle insurance.
