You can't reach anyone . you have all these options and nothing works. You can't schedule an apt. Can't get anyone to call back if you leave message. If they only want to schedule Apts for current patients for follow up apt they need to say so. I had covid. Tried for a week to get someone to call me back . never got a call back. I have tried 2 times this week to reach someone for apt left message on one no call back and been disconnected another time. I have been with Dr Grubbs and Christianson and Ann Cough for years. But if I can't make an apt when I need a Dr I may as well find another dr elsewhere. My ins requires a primary physian but if I can't see them when needed what's the use in having this group? If you are in need of healthcare best look elsewhere because you can't get in here.

I have been trying to reach my doctor for the last month and a half to let her know that I need a refill on my medicine I don't even voice messages every other day no return phone call of any sort and I call the pharmacy and they said they have no callings for any refills. They cancel appointments left voice message saying call to reschedule been calling for the last 2 months trying to reschedule can I get anyone to answer. Situation with my daughter about 3 months ago the doctors that needed to get in touch with her doctor kept calling and they said they couldn't get through either. This is totally unacceptable I have not been able to get in touch with anybody at that office by phone none this year and that's unacceptable when you cannot get in touch with your health care provider. It's like the new doctors that they have in now are joke my daughter's new healthcare provider have not touched her once to check the blood pressure or anything since she's been going there she don't even get out of her chair she still on her chair and just ask my daughter questions and not once has she ever stood up and that's totally unacceptable totally. I rated it at one star because it won't let me post unless I give it a star but actually my star rating for this doctor's office now is a zero
