We discontinued our propane services with this outfit due to questionable business practices (price gouging, etc...). Terrible customer service alone told us they did not want to continue our 10 year business relationship. So, we told them they were fired and come pick up the propane tank. Now they have the audacity to send us a bill for them picking up their own tank (which we have paid rental fees on). We will not pay them of course. We have now gone with Griffen, which was happy to look after us fairly and properly. Southern States Windsor is not recommended by me and others that we have discussed this with. If you are still buying from them, take a look at your billing !

Only and closest place that offers non ethanol gas, is great for your car and helps it last longer. Electronic gas meter always registers 100 extra miles to the tank better then the regular gas stations. Can pay cash during the day during the week but can use a card anytime day or night. Its an hour drive for me, but weel worth the drive!

Rated a 2 because google lists this as a farm supplier and but they are a petroleum supplier. Talked with a woman on the phone and she was very courteous and jovial.
