We recently spent a night and have stayed before. We stayed in a King dockside room but were disappointed with the decor as this had animal print carpet and the bathroom was tiny and the shower was not really functional for a semi tall person.

The Inn is perfectly centered to everything in town. Very walkable to anything you could want. Driving is perfect for Kennebunkport or Oqgunuit. Our room was an Adams room on the ground floor. Simple accommodations but comfortable. Check in and out was very simple. Our room was spectacularly clean. If you are a light sleeper or like sleeping in you might want to bring some ear plugs. You can hear everything around you and in the hall.

Charming, comfortable and clean suite. Very cozy and brought me back to memories of my childhood home. The best place to stay if you want to be within walking distance to Dock Square. The Burleigh was delicious and had the friendliest gentleman working. The staff was there if needed but wasn’t overwhelming. Pastries were brought each morning with OJ. If you’re expecting a large breakfast it’s best to make plans at a local restaurant. This is a historic inn with updated bathrooms and is best suited for guests that appreciate classic New England charm.

Great location. Hotel is old and rooms are small but fairly clean and updated. Only issue we had was with housekeeping - we were told they wouldn’t visit our room during our stay, but they came in anyway and left the door unlocked when they finished. Luckily no valuables were stolen, but it still left a bad taste in our mouth.
