My truck got on fire the other week and one of the mechanic stop and help super nice guy and they towed it to there shop and I ask them to figure out what exactly what was wrong with it and after a month of no contact from them I decided to go up there and get it well I needed up paying for the “exam” that they did (which they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it didn’t even have a piece of paper they could’ve written it down on) and they there was dents all in my bumper and my front of the truck as long with my headlight about to fall out , I’ll never take anything there again

I had an unfortunate accident on my way home from work, and I was blessed to be picked up by Jack. Jack went above and beyond for my poor car. He was a real light in the dark. The person who answered the phone both times I called was polite, patient, and understanding all without telling her my whole situation. Out of all the negative, Soles is a beautiful company in my experience and I am so eternally grateful for them. Thank you all so much -Sincerely Eli
