I've been visiting Maverick's for some time and have generally been happy with the service, food, and environment. A few encounters however were less than ideal. My girl and I visited one evening a few weeks back and witnessed a load mouthed, arrogant, verbal assault by one of the servers upon a female patron. When I asked our server to speak to the manager, she told me he was the manager! Long story short, Ron as I found out was the abusive individual in question. I did not see a guy or other friends with the lady being attacked, but the abuse being thrown was unbelievable. Seems like he has some real anger issues and should probably not be working with the public! Hope not to see that individual again, if I come back.

Traveling along A1A in Satellite Beach, decided to stop with some friends and have a bite to eat. Online reviews looked promising, but that is where it ends! Our server, Ashley, was quite possibly the worst, least attentive server I have experienced in quite some time. Our initial food and drink order was interrupted multiple times so she could talk to her friends instead of paying customers. In a word, disrespectful. Then petting animals and serving food, am I to believe they do not teach food hygiene at Mavericks! The food when it arrived was also less than advertised. Overall, not a good visit. Mediocre food, although we only tried a few dishes. But the poor service and disregard for server food hygiene were inexcusable!

Good beer prices, good service, but the menu is limited. The crab cakes are delicious.
