One of the worst experiences ever! Went in for a fill in the technician waiting on me seemed very inexperienced from the beginning. She filed my nails to death spent a significant amount of time just filing. While prepping my nails I observed a cute design of which I asked how much more it would cost and if she could do it? I should’ve known it was asking too much from her response of which she totally ignored the cost and just said she could and proceeded to do so. After getting nails done all I wanted was the same design and polish change as my nails on my toes with only two toe’s designed no fancy pedicure none of that. This is where things took a horrible turn for the worst. While clipping around cuticles this lady literally clipped way too deeply and drew blood along with instant pain! She then put something on it from a small bottle to try and stop the bleeding and somewhat apologized after I said something and laughed it off making a joke out of it all the while my toe is in pain and bleeding. This was my first visit in this salon so I wasn’t familiar with any of their sanitary practices even though the place was small and looked outdated as they really had an emergency room looking curtain hanging of which they did eyebrows and lashes behind which should’ve also kept me walking by. Checkout time told me why she ignored me when I asked how much the design would cost it was $75 during the time in their light my nails and designs looked still not worth it but nowhere near what I paid but I paid and left. Get home and discover my toe was still bleeding as I was walking and left a stain on my Ugg sandals which was orange at that. Then looked over my nails and was further horrified. They looked like they was still due for a fill in even though they was fresh. They where cut uneven some longer than others. The nail polish looked globed and thick like the polish was old was still on the skin around the nails and one of my toes still had old polish in corner of nail.. The design was drawn on crooked and some had more polish than others. I guess that’s why the technician said it was a secret but she was telling me someone else drew the design I liked on the nail they was displaying as if though their technicians are capable of doing it when clearly they where not. I called and was offered to come back in to fix but no way was I ever returning to get anything other than a total or partial refund of which I wasn’t offered which I should’ve been offered as no one should ever have their health jeopardized by a technician being careless just to get nails done. She told me to put neosporing on it as if though it was nothing to be concerned about never mind botching up my nails and overcharging me! Take my advice run the other way I have pics and receipt to prove if need be.

Very nice experience here with my daughter. My daughter took a picture of her hand and drew on what she wanted to show the tech and she is amazing with her. Jennie is friendly, conversational, caring and thoughtful. She told my daughter (12) to make sure she let her know if she hurts her at all. You don't find that at many nail shops. Some can be rough and careless.

The lady was super sweet & kind but my nails make me pretty sad. Maybe it was an off day. I feel like i have concrete on my nails & it looks like I have Shrek nails. 🥴🥴🥴
