Horrible, They do not know what they are doing. Our water meter is always at like 8 or 9. If it were a real water company. They would of flagged the extra water 💦 and come here to fix it or tell us what's wrong. They buy power from Duke ⚡ energy. This is ridiculous.

I'm not sure you're going to have to call or go up there. I had the same issue last month and called and they said I had a past due balance since October. I went up there and the lady has lied to me because it was the current month and they read this month early so it posted both. I have never been late with a payment nor delinquent so if you want to issue resolved I suggest going up there because you get nowhere on the phone. I hope this helps
It's about 275.00. But if you let them pull your credit report and you have a good pay historgy with other utility companies, you can have the deposit waived.
