We have used this Beachway in the past for setting up chairs and umbrellas for our entire family (8 chairs/2 umbrellas). This year 6/2022, we were called the day service was supposed to start and we were told they would not be able to provide service due to not having enough people to set up the chairs. They would refund us for the chairs, however they could set up our umbrellas so we would not receive a full refund for the umbrellas. We have aging parents and they cannot carry their chairs which is why we paid for this service two months in advance. I tried another local company that was recommended and they were booked due to taking on all the business from Beachway that they cancelled. This is obviously a first world problem and we survived by carrying the chairs to the beach, the level of service and lack of compassion for how that affected us is unacceptable. We will never use them again.

Awesome customer service!!! We had a couple of issues with 2 of the bikes and they were there within about 10 minutes each time. And initially the bikes were delivered right when they were promised!

My family and I have been using Beachway Rentals for over 10 years. They always have great service. We call a few weeks ahead and tell them the number of items we need and which beach house to deliver them to. Haven't ever had an issue and all items are always in great shape if not new.
