I did give a 5 star rating about 5 years ago. I am a local and Pizza Villa used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I no longer feel this way. The past few times I have been recently the restaurant was filthy with unacceptable wait times and very rude staff with inconsistent charges. It will be a while, if ever I return.

terrible service waiting over 40 minutes to they can bring my food, so after waitress bring my food I order some ketchup to eat my sandwich never show up after 25 minutes later with the ketchup., I do not recommend this place terrible service..

I believe they are closed.
They do not offer home made dressing. So I'm going to guess its Kraft brand or similar. This should enable you to look up the ingredients list.
