Ive had issues with this company again and again. They miss our cans often and then when we call they take their sweet time to come get it. I go to the dump to take my recyclables so Im thinking about firing them. Some employees are nice but others arent. They leave notes all the time saying the can is facing wrong. Well should I leave the can upside down because I get a note either way I leave it facing. Anyhow save your money and time… take the trash to the dump yourself. This company isnt reliable.

After multiple years of being a loyal customer, they raised my bill with out even notifying me, in hopes I'm sure of hoping you just don't catch it. Bill went up $ 9.15. and would not negotiate price change.

They forget to pick up my trash often. Wait 3 months if there's an issue with payment to let us know payment didn't go through. Always leave notes in our trash complaining about what direction the trash is in when we were following what was in the notes. Seems like they change the direction its supposed to go at least once a month.

Just call or text the office anytime 919-989-1562. We will check and see if we have a driver in area to swing back by. Please remember to put your containers out the night before your collection day as we do start routes early in am. Office hours are 8am-4pm Mon-Thurs and 8-2pm Friday.

Motor oil is not allowed at all. It has to be recycled at an automotive center. Johnston county may also take it at their collection sites.
