I have been in the land use office many times and have found that most folks have been helpful. However the ladies at the desk where we purchase our convenience center stickers have been exceptionally rude every time I have been in there. Maybe they're just living up to the stigma of the rude public service employee. In any event it has never been a pleasant experience with that desk.

Ours on Stephenson Rd does. I believe they have to be empty of pai t and filled with sand. Check the Johnston County website.
Yes they will take mattreses.
Have to purchase yearly sticker. Can recycle without sticker.
