I had a pool installed by Pool Pro 11 years ago, and have had constant issues with it ever since. Over the years, I have on multiple occasions talked to Mike to try to get them to come out and fix the issues, and even sent photos of the issues (as he asked me to do), and every time I kept getting put off. They NEVER came back out to fix ANY of the problems we had with the pool. Now, 11 years later, the problems have gotten bad enough that we've had to drain the entire pool, do MAJOR repair work to it, and put in a new liner. Once again, I've asked Mike for an estimate for doing the job. This was TWO MONTHS ago and I still have not received a reply. I've actually called three times since then to inquire about the estimate, and the response is always the same... "I forgot about it, but I'll get you something by tomorrow"... and then as usual, I never hear back from him. I finally had to hire someone else to do the job. I do NOT recommend Pool Pro for ANYTHING. They will not fix problems when they arrive, and good luck finding someone else who will... and their level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable.
