I live in another state. The East Madison location had a book I wanted. I called them and they pulled their copies of the shelf, picked the better copy to send to me, and mailed it. I paid for the expedited shipping and it arrived in great condition faster than they promised. The whole experience was seamless. I just wish I could remember the employees' names who helped me because they deserve a shout out. Thanks!

Had good and bad days with the staff, not much in between. Good products for mostly decent prices. Have had this location mess up their online catalog which made it unable to purchase a certain product that was actually in the store, which seemed odd.

This location has a decent selection a lot of different types of books, except (of course) for the one time I'm looking for - sheet music. If you are looking to 7sed books, this is your place. If you are looking for sheet music, unfortunately it's best to go to another location.

I love the store so does my roommate we come here every chance we get often buying movies sometimes books because we already have so many books we really don't need anymore.

I too am looking for 4 copies of that book. We should probably call the store and see if they are in stock.
They did not take many of my textbooks at all. I would try eBay. I was able to sell all of them on there for a decent price

They do have a section of books written in Spanish, not sure about magazines and newspapers.
Give them a call and ask. They are always willing to get it shipped to there store from any of there other stores around the country if they do not have it in house.
