Horrible company avoid at all cost. Even if it's more expensive to try and get santee cooper it's worth it over paying this company for anything. They will scam and swindle you. They will disconnect your service and then play games with you and change the amounts they're asking you to pay to turn your service back on

ZERO STAR COMPANY! SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS. Colby, Courtney and Kelly are the worst !!!!!!!!! The whole company is a scam. They try to hit you with reconnection fees and each representative will tell you different fees. They fraudulently used my cards to charge extra fees that we didn't have on our account. I encourage everyone to take legal action against them if you've been scammed or your electricity was disconnected by them
