I have had my 2 trees for about a month and a half they are already showing new growth. I spray mist them daily. I did some research on what kind of soil was the best. Also what kind of fertilizer to use. I must have done it all correct. They are doing great.

I purchased the Palm Grow kit. First thing after purchasing and preparing was that the white pebbles were missing. So I called they replaced. Now remember it takes 45 days to do this whole process. So I did what they said and 45 days later nothing. Now they 100% guarantee this item. So when it did not work I sent them a pic of the container with no growth and requested a refund. I did not have time to do it again for another 45 days. I was then informed they don't refund they replace. Are you joking?? Told them to keep the seeds, they sent anyway. I don't have time to deal with this due to medical issues so I am out $15 and got no palm trees. Would in no way recommend this company. UPDATE: Right in the response "it is out of our control", so then how can you say 100% guaranteed. FALSE ADVERTISING. I did as the owner suggested and called to get a seedling for my trouble, guess what, I pay shipping lol, so now if the seedling dies I'm not out $15 I'm out $21. What a joke. Owner need not respond I will not do business with a company who promises falsehoods.

I ordered two sets of their Ginko trees seeds an followed the directions like it read an after 45 days no trees , so NO I can't give the company a GOOD rating .
