I got a quote in just a couple days, and it wasn't two more before the work was done, inside the quote margins, and my bike is like a new machine! They are knowledgeable and courteous, and let me know right away when I could come pick up my bike. There was a plush sloth in the window, and they told me where I could go purchase one of those also, from the toy store just down the street. So basically, a great local business that supports other great local businesses. I'll always take my bike there from now on! Edit: The hub that was installed started to come apart after a day of riding, so I called Revolution and they said to bring it over and they would take a look. I did so, but I could only come in right after work, which put it just before they closed. Still, they looked at it, in just a few minutes with some specialized spanners and gadgets, they tightened up the hub and had it back in working order with no additional charges. This level of customer service makes me like the place even more! Addendum: It has a couple months since the last time I was in there, and the repairs are holding together perfectly and working great! Their dedication to get the job not just done, but done well and right, is something that isn't found much anymore. They have earned all my future bike business.
