This place has by far the worst customer service and passive aggressive medical team I’ve ever dealt with. My family practice doctor is wonderful, but the ER nurses, and receptionist are impatient, inconsistent and terrible with follow up communication. They have lost documents of mine from me moving here records of transfer, left me without follow up multiple times, moved appointments due to scheduling issues, etc. Walter, to name one, should not have a job until his attitude is checked. Disappointed.

I have never received such poor care at a hospital in my life I can almost guarantee this hospital has let people die with their negligence, a new administration needs to take over because the current one is just taking the money and that's it.

I have had to go to this hospital 4 times in 7 months due to reoccurring infections in my leg my temperature was from 101.1 to 103.3 and every time all they wanted to do was kick me right out to the street, I could barely stand up they didn't even offer crutches. I have never received services as poor as I did at this hospital, I have had spent time in a prison hospital and recieved better care. I'm surprised they don't get in to trouble for the way they treat patients, every time I asked for something they acted like I was making them go out of their way. I strongly recommend st pats in Missoula they will show you how a hospital is supposed to run. Like I said 4 times in 7 months and still have yet to receive proper care

I've gone here for a few months and the care I've received was good, both doctors and nurses are friendly, and I've never had an issue with my scheduling.
