Had a very bad experience at this Best Buy. Went to trade in a computer that I bought from them that "didn't exist" in their system. How does something you sell not qualify for a trade in? When I implied about it I got push back saying "No it's just not here", he didn't even check more than one category. I'm out, that's my final straw with Best Buy.

I have to found someone to take care of me on my visit. I feel like I West Rush on my purchases. I entering just purchased two items and just leave the store after I find someone to help me out. I wanted to do my purchase online then come back to the store.

Thank you Jocelyn- excellent customer service. Waited 3 min for curbside. Super Fast & Friendly. As soon as I pulled up there as a person greeting me & letting me know they received my txt w/ my parking spot # & that they would be right out. She is was super sweet & I was out of there within 7 min w/ my new 📺 TV! Thx guys!

Always greeted by the friendliest guy! Employees are real nice but hard to get a hold of when you need something unlocked. Good selection of most stuff. No real selection of computer parts which is sad. Would love to see more internal computer components that they sell online.

What backup system are you using? For that matter what operating system are you using. If windows 10, before you worry about your back up, go to the start menu and type in the folder name. If it shows up in the results right click it and then left click the option to open location. 9 times out of 10 I find people drag and drop folders on accident, and they are just moved, not missing.

Best Buy has the Geek Squad, they will assist you and hang your TV. They will also help with hooking up your stereo system. They're freaking awesome!!!!!!

You can bring the items to the Customer Service at Best Buy and do a Trade In. I'm not sure what the value is but they'll let you know and can put the amount on a gift card or store credit that you can use towards a purchase.
I do not believe that they do in store at least. That is something you would find in one of the office supply stores instead.
Inventory changes extremely rapidly. Your best bet is to verify through their website and narrow it down by location.
