I made a reservation two weeks in advance and reserved a handicap room but when I got to be Hotel there was no handicap room available. The clerk gave us keys to two rooms twice but it would not open the doors. She said the room was handicap. There was a tub instead of shower. I spent a hour there but had too find a different hotel

We stayed in 2 rooms one of them wasn’t that clean and the other room was filled with the smell of cigarettes. I also wouldn’t recommend staying in this neighborhood, because someone broke into our car while staying here

Positive: Spacious and clean, very kind staff and so friendly. Location was good but on a main bar and restaurant road so it was loud over the weekend. But we¿d stay there again! Negative: Just loud with some guest coming in from partying lol

I would have given 4 or 5 stars if I hadn't had a bad experience: The GOOD: Hillary at the Front Desk for the day shift was awesome & made me feel welcomed at check-in and if I had questions. The price was great and the hot breakfast was good. The BAD: my reservation Wed 4/13 was for 2 guests, but there was one small piece of soap, about the size of a Ritz cracker. That evening I went to the Front Desk to request some additional soap because that one small circle was not enough for 2 people to shower and to wash our hands the remainder of my stay. The evening Front Desk person was awful to me! I don't know her name but it was the evening of Wed 4/13/22. She is a person of color - she appeared to be of heritage from India. I asked her for some soap because the one small circle wasn't enough for 2 people. She opened a drawer at the desk, and handed me lotion & shampoo. I repeated that I need soap. She said that the lotion was soap. She was insulting my intelligence like I cannot read. I was about to get angry, so I just went back to my room. This Front Desk clerk acted like she had to go to the factory and make the soap herself. I'm thankful that the next morning, wonderful Hillary gave me some additional soap for our showers. The evening shift clerk provided horrible nonexistent Customer Service by refusing to give me a second piece of soap when there was a supply of it right at the desk, while insulting my intelligence by saying that the lotion was soap. She needs additional training.
