Went to check in and was told by Hyman that I could pay a cash deposit of $150 and room fee in cash BUT STILL NEED TO PUT A CARD A FILE. When I asked how much will be authorized on the card he said “ nothing will be charged , only if u damage more then $150 worth in room “ I was honest and said well no money is on my card but I have no problem putting cash deposit. He declined me a room and said I need a valid card with money on it. SIR IF YOUR NOT AUTHORIZING THE CARD FOR ANYTHING HOW ARE YOU GONNA KNOW ITS GOT MONEY ON THERE? He couldn’t give me a answer ! My argument is THIS! U can go to any Marriott hilton best western or even holiday inn whatever upscale hotel u choose, they will tell u either u need to pay card ONLY and we don’t accept cash OR yes we take cash with cash deposit no card needed. So even after I told him I can open up a debit card and show you that there’s money on there but I’m going to keep my card locked because you’re not authorizing it for anything and I don’t want any authorized transactions on my card he still refused to give me the room. No problem I went across the street and stayed at the best Western in Vacaville which they accept cash and I do not need a credit card on file at all if I’m paying with cash. Next day I called Americas best value to speak with someone else and long behold it’s the same guy but now he’s saying his name is Jim. I can’t post the video but here’s his pic. THANKS HYMAN/ JIM

So, I have wanted to try out this motel for awhile. The outside is seriously really bad. Vacaville has the money to clean up so the fact that when I step outside of my motel room I fear I'm going to be shot or mugged is nuts. The room was honestly a lot nicer than I expected. I don't understand why they do a $100 security deposit when you check out they give it to you w out checking your room for damages. It seems pointless. I was happy with my room, the before wasn't very comfortable but oh well.

I was told it was $100 security deposit over the phone and when I went to check in they wanted $150 because he seen me smoking in my car and he said I was going to Smoke in the room he assumed so he changed me $150 deposit they are crooks and roaches everywhere
