Went to the ATM and pulled out $140. One of the $20 bills the ATM gave to me was nearly ripped in half. So I went into the branch to exchange the bill and the manager gave me such a hard time. In the end since I wasn't a "member" she couldn't help me. One of the main reasons why I don't bank with Safe. Horrible customer service.

If you like chaos and under trained staff, then this is the place for you. Making excuses that the "New System" is why you can't properly open an account even with 3 employees assisting. What a disaster! This location is a disgrace!

So the people in this location are great -- but don't bother trying to call in for anything or even go online to use their messenger service. Every time I call in after going through all the menu options I'm on hold anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour just to begin the actual conversation. The online messenger service connects me to someone quickly but they must be talking to multiple people at once because every message takes them forever to respond to (to the point I would have been better off waiting for the hold time on the phone)
