I was trying curbside delivery, but no one answered the phone, I called 3 times, so I went in the store to be ignored by the greeter & seater girl. She was chosing who to be polite too.

I know they're under staffed, have been for some time, just like everywhere else. When I go I anticipate the wait and make the best of it.
Their customer service is the worse. I won't spend money where they don't provide at least good customer service. Good-bye Red Robin.
Nope, but sometimes the wait is long. There are a lot of shops in the shopping center around the restaurant to occupy time or you can sit at the bar!
