Do not buy scratcher lottery tickets from here! One of the workers sells them out of numerical order. And when he was confronted with it he laughed and then gave me tickets and it totally different series of numbers completely skipping the one ticket that he left out earlier. I am reporting this to ampm's corporate as well to California State lottery.

The customer service here is atrocious. It was right at 9:45p, there was a line of 6 people. 1 younger lady trying to catch up with everyone as, what I'm assuming was some kind of manager, was yelling at her from the back to "come here". She politely told her 3 times that she was checking people out to give her just a second to which the woman in the back replied, "not my problem!" If that wasn't enough, as I'm leaving a customer was trying to come in and was stopped by a young gentleman that had locked the door. She asked what time they locked the door.. his reply? "Whenever we feel like it". I mean, come on. If they weren't the closest place to me that sold menthol cigarettes, I'd never return.
