Its fine that I waited for 2 weeks for the glasses.. They did not give the original case of the branded glasses. Employee said they ran out of the case for kids? How can that be? If you paid the frame, it should come with the original case and not give you a generic foldable case.. I made sure they will call me if its available but the employee sounds unsure about this.. If they cant provide this anymore.. there should be a discount on the purchase price of the frame if they know that they wont be able to get the case.

The doctor and staff were great. My husband and I were seen promptly for our appointments. The doctor was very thorough and had a great bed side manner. The office staff helped us quickly find eyeglasses that suited our face and style. We liked that they followed COVID safety measures to keep their patients safe like sanitizing between patients and requiring masks.

Had an eye stye for about a week (did at home remedies) finally went to in on 11 days ago. Assistant who entered my info, prior to doctor, listened to the problem and then recited it wrong as she entered it (along the lines of stye is left eye lower lid, she literally repeated right eye upper lid). Dr. T made it a point to tell me how lucky I was that she was able to squeeze me in her schedule. She offered me 2 options asked which one I wanted, I asked a question as to why this may be happening as I have never had one and now had 2 within 2 weeks. She said I was getting older and said now which do you want, as if I was wasting her time by asking a question. She sold me an OccuS@ft eye mask because regular cloth compress just "wouldn't work" and I should also buy additional OccuS@ft products while picking up my prescription. She really likes OccuS@ft or is getting some nice swag from them. She indicated it would take about 5-7 days to go away. They just called to verify my follow-up, I explained my frustration of the visit and that I still had the stye (11 days later) and asked if I would be charged again for the follow-up, yes and would also be charged for the follow up to this follow up, but they would gladly cancel my appointment. I cancelled. Don't seem as focused on patient care as getting people in for visits and selling OccuS@ft. My wife did have a good experience with Dr. W when she took the kids, maybe it's just Dr. T.
