Really good burgers and they open late (enough). The fries are crisp and burgers are super filling. When I'm watching Bob's Burgers all I want is Small Cheval because it's that good. Recommend going in the evening so you can experience the dine in thats in the back.

They have a buzzer system. You place your order and they give you a small hand held unit that you take to your table. When your order is ready it will start flashing and vibrating. You take it up to counter and get your food. They have plenty of outdoor seating. Very casual atmosphere. They have their systems down so your food will come out fast. I would say go during the noontime or during the week. Weekends will be much busier.
They are worth it. Best burger in town.

Our french fries are fried in rendered beet fat and there is salt only, no pepper. There is pepper on the burger however.
If the line is out the door it takes 20 -30 minutes to order and get your food in total time.There is always seating when your food arrives.Enjoy, it's the best burger in Chicago.
Not as good (the bacon isn't thick and no eggs for example) but you don't have the 4 hour wait.
