I would give NO Stars if I could. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience. The manager or owner, Dev was incredibly rude. Our son was getting married and we had a block of rooms for 2 nights. After staying the first night, Somehow they messed up our reservation and told us we had to leave. ON OUR SONS WEDDING DAY. Rather then trying to work out a solution for us, Dev yelled at us telling us to “Get out”. Unbelievably the RUDEST, WORST, MANAGER I’ve ever encountered.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and the Airbnb that we stay at in Kendallville was not available. When I called the hotel directly, I said (4 times) that we needed a pet friendly room. When I checked in? Not in the notes, but the young woman who checked is in said it was no big deal. * Breakfast was good * The coffee is great * Breakfast staff was very nice * The air conditioning works well * Walls are thick enough that you can't hear your neighbors * Finishes were updated (tile in bathrooms, new carpeting throughout) * There's a nice wide, paved walking trail across the highway Other things to note: It's an older building, but I knew that from reading other reviews. Rain interrupted tv signal off and on for over an hour.

Just Me

Clean. Very good quality for the price. Lobby chick was cool. There is a hot tub, pool, and an okayish guest laundry. You'll have to run your clothes a few times through the dryer before they actually dry but at least I got clean clothes. Would stay again

They let me pee here after I dropped someone off. I really had to pee and they were very nice. If I ever need a hotel in Kendallville, this will be where I stay. 10/10 would pee here again.
