Very nice. If you don't have clearance.. Go slow

Very difficult to get to on rocky dirt forest service roads (took about an hour once off the main road in my ford focus, larger car/truck recommended). The fact that it's so far off the main road makes for excellent & secluded camping though. The river is right there and there's a hiking trail that starts at the campsite. The water at this campsite is undrinkable, tastes like straight iron pipe, so bring your own or bring a filter for the river.

Remote, not full even in Mid July. Quiet!

Officially no, however my buddy was up there last week and was able to camp. No services and the water is not good to drink even though the website claims it's potable. Frasier flat up at the top was overflowing because it is open officially. So there was a lot more traffic than normal. Things are always changing so this might change at any time. Good luck.
