I ordered a 20x30 poster board for pickup, was sent an email 20 minutes after submitting my order saying that it was ready to pick up. 5 minutes into my drive I received a phone call from an employee. She said they were all out of poster board but could give me the poster itself for half off. I said I would take that no problem. I get to the store, they found a poster board and said it would just be a couple minutes for them to put it on, no problem.. I walk around the store and the entire time I’m waiting they are back behind the counter saying “I’m going to mess it up” “I don’t know what I’m doing” etc.. this is a training issue. Mind you, I waited 45 minutes in the store for this to be completed.. after I got an email saying it was ready…that is outrageous. And no discount after I had waited that long too. The poster itself looks ok, I had them cut it because the sticker wasn’t on correctly and was sticky on one side. There’s also a bunch of air bubbles on my poster board as you can see from the picture. Was not impressed.
