You need 2 forms of identification. A birth certificate, a social security card, a piece of mail with your name and address on it, or a passport.

The dealership you bought the said new car from should have worked out those details for you. If that was not the case, go to your local dmv office with you vehicle information, (year, make, model, Vin #, current mileage), take a number and wait for that number to be called. The person at the desk should be able to help you further.

You won't need to take a test for an ID card but you will if you are from out of state and trying to get an Oregon driver's license. You can change your address online.

Just wait you can't get any trouble cause the cops are mandated to leave everyone alone over any tag issues being late because DMV is so backed up. I've been waiting on tags new plates an a title transport for 2 1/2 monthes now since I sent in my paperwork. Be patient.

Our teenager just got his last week, it was right around the 200 dollar mark.. and he had to schedule the drive test online. And I had to take him to Roseburg for it.. They won't do it in Grants Pass at all. Same with renewing tags, won't do it in Grants Pass, but i seen them handing them out in Roseburg. I went online and paid for tags over a month ago and still have not received them In the mail.

Hi Henry, you might have to get Oregon drivers license. You might not have to though if you take to DMV or to car lot to prove you have a address in Oregon that says you have had it for 6 months or more. Hope this helps😊.

They dontbtake a certain route they change it up nearly every time. But just driving atound would be good practice.... Stsrt at the dmv and drive rounds around it seeing as those will be the roads u test on. Have a great day

Just simply apply for ur licence and they'll tell u if u have any thing else to do in order to get ur licence back most the time the customer service is really good here. Have a great day hope this helped

Hi just take all paperwork in to DMV office the date does not matter. You fill out a form to receive a new title to remove the lien holder. Hope this helps.
