Our tea knowledge is pretty minimal, and we've been looking to replace our usual unhealthy drinks with iced tea. We explained what we were looking for, and the staff were EXTREMELY helpful and offered some very nice recommendations. Wonderful vibes. Beautiful scents. Good prices. We're absolutely coming back.

Staff are behind plexiglass. There is no roaming the store. It is roped off. You basically stay in the entryway. They do offer curbside pickup which is super easy

The last time I went, they were only able to sell pre-packaged loose leaf because they didn't have a sink installed. I would call and ask if they're selling all the flavors now.
