All of their coffees come directly from the farmer. I'm not sure if they're organic but it's likely. Talk to the staff, they're very knowledgeable.
You must wear a mask and social distance. The store may be takeout only. If you don't have a mask, they let you call the store to place your order and they will take it out to you. The lines for ordering and pickup are separated. Social distancing can be difficult in this small space. I noticed all pens used to sign receipts are sanitized. They store felt safe to go in for a quick pickup drink.
Short North is very very hard to park in anymore. I would plan extra time to find a spot and be careful to read the signs. Parking garage is quite a stretch for just a cup of coffee. You may need to download an app to park in a non metered spot. Good luck!
