Manager at this store refused to help with a shipping issue said they can't look anything up over the phone. If I could Give a negative number as a response this store would get it.i needed to know why I was being told by a vendor that ups could not deliver to my house. I see their truck on my road several times a week

We have been a mailbox holder for a while. The staff at this location far exceeds our expectations. They will go the extra mile with their 5 star service. Kiera, is by far the most diligent and professional service agent at this location. Jorge is also a close runner up. Both are an asset to this location. These two deserve a raise. I mailed a package to San Ysidro from there and it arrived next day so I can't say for sure but in state shipping is pretty quick
