We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Longleaf Campground! As a joint family of 10 people there was plenty of space and fun to be had in these beautiful woods. The camp sites were well maintained and peppered with picnic tables, firewood, and grills. It was a beautiful and peaceful night!

No, you have to pay/reserve through Recreation.gov It's not too expensive, though.
No
No, there is a parking lot with a primitive bathroom and you must walk / carry your stuff about 50 - 100 yards to a primitive campsite. It is nothing like an average campground. No amenatiese.
No electricity. No running water. 14 day stay limit.
No only camping. If you want fish to you have to go down Sims Trail to a pond or go down to South Cedar Creek Road, to the Kings naked Trailhead. There's a bridge and you can fish up and down the creek.
